Awesome Great computer for both consumers and professionals12 Sep 2012
So… Pros and Cons:
Velocity: This MacBook professional is fast, actually quick, it boots up in around 30 seconds, apps open rapidly and the MacBook doesn’t lag in terms of video enhancing, and Photoshop also runs decently.
Design: The computer has an awesome design, its not that thick, it has all the mandatory ports, even a battery indicator which I think is awesome, it additionally has USB three which is very nice and quick
Keyboard: The keyboard is wonderful, the keys are sensitive and it feels superb to kind on them, the keyboard is backlit, which is perfect for typing in low lights situations.
Trackpad: The glass trackpad is very nice, its large, the whole trackpad is a button and the gestures are really nice. Simply one of the best trackpad I’ve used.
Battery: Battery life is pretty good, I get around 5-6 hours doing regular tasks.
OS X: That is my first mac and I’m impressed by OS X Mountain Lion, it comes with no 3th party software, it comes with all the apps you want + the Mac App Store is great for locating new apps. The OS is quick and fluid, all the things is organized and it’s simply beautiful. I am coming from Home windows 7 and the switch was quite straightforward for me.
Display screen: I think 1280-by-800 is sort of low for a computer this expensive and that its claimed to be knowledgeable notebook, even the thirteen” MacBook air has a better display. Do not get me improper, the display just isn’t that bad trying, in fact its quite good, however for something this expensive it is going to be nice if it got here with a better screen.
General it is a great laptop, its quick, has an important design, massive storage (Although it is a bit gradual, but I’m planning on upgrading to a SSD quickly) and awesome battery life. I will advocate this MacBook to anybody looking for an excellent transportable notebook.
Yet one more factor, Windows users don’t let OS X cease you from switching, the primary days it’s kind of arduous to get used to it however after you will love Mountain Lion, and if you happen to want any specific home windows application that wont run in OS X there’s plenty of methods of getting Windows 7 in a Macintosh
